Attorney at law at the Paris Bar, Sélim Brihi is a graduate of the University of Paris II Assas, the University of Paris V Descartes and King's College of London in business and criminal law,
After having trained and practiced in prestigious law firms and experts in strategic litigation, between 2019 and 2022, he founded his own firm dedicated to business litigation as well as criminal defence and white-collar crime.
He assists his clients in complex litigation, mainly in business law, corporate law and commercial law (guarantees of assets and liabilities, disputes between shareholders, whether or not bound by a pact, litigation relating to an acquisition/disposal contract or to issues of brutal breach of commercial relations, unfair competition) both national and international level.
He also acts at all stages of criminal proceedings, from the investigation phase (police custody, pre-trial investigation) to the trial phase (Correctional Court, Criminal Court, Police Court) and before the sentence enforcement courts (sentence enforcement judge, sentence enforcement court, prison integration and probation service).
He has developed know-how in the defence and protection of whistleblowers.
Sélim Brihi is registered on the list of sports representatives of the Paris Bar and acts in support of the interests of professional sportsmen.
Since January 2021, he is President of the Observatoire de la Justice Pénale.
